New Simulation Tool

A new resource for the VA users has been implemented in the RealVibrations repository: a simulation tool which allows the users to upload a vibrational signal, and to calculate the simulated energy which could be harvested by a piezoelectric inductive oscillator, with the possibility to change the oscillator parameters. The simulation tool is currently in his basic version, but it will be furtherly improved.
